Olbia Costa Smeralda airport mostly handles holiday flights from European destination during the summer season. It’s located outside Olbia, around 12 km from the city centre. The airport is connected to the city centre and other cities in Sardinia via bus. Other transfer options available are the airport taxi, private airport transfer and car rental.

The bus lines number 2 and 10 run every day from Olbia Costa Smeralda to Via Gabriele D’Annunzio where the train station is located. From there, you can continue your journey by train or take an Olbia taxi, depending on your destination. Long-distance buses run to different parts of Sardinia, as well. There are direct bus lines to Santa Teresa di Gallura, Porto Pozzo, Nuoro, and Siniscola.

Sardinia is a mysterious island to explore, so many tourists choose to rent a car in Olbia. There are car rental representative offices in the terminal from where you can pick up your vehicle and enjoy your holiday.

Outside the terminal, right in front of Arrivals Hall, you will find the taxi rank.
