My flight times have changed, what do I need to do?
If your flight number or flight times change, please log in to "My Booking" to amend your reservation or fill in the amendment/cancellation form above.
Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
The driver will be waiting inside the airport's arrivals lounge, holding a sign showing your name. The exact meeting point information is going to be included in your reservation confirmation email and eTicket.
What if I can't find my driver?
If you can't locate your driver, please call the emergency telephone number provided in your reservation confirmation email and eTicket.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The driver will monitor your flight for delays. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability.
Where will I meet the driver at the Train Station?
The driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the train station, holding a sign showing the lead passenger name. If you can not locate the driver, please call the emergency contact number provided in your confirmation email.
I'm travelling with ski equipment, are there additional charges?
If you are travelling with ski equipment please provide details such as type and size in the Special Instructions section. Unless otherwise specified there are no extra charges for ski equipment. Please select a suitable vehicle for the group size and luggage amount.
Do you provide child seats?
Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the Extras section of the booking page.
What is the size of a Medium and Small suitcase?
The average height of medium luggage is approximately 76cm / 30 inches and the width of around 45cm / 18 inches. Small baggage can be a maximum size of roughly 43cm / 17 inches and a width of approximately 30cm / 12 inches. If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.
Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?
For private transfers, you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle. For shuttle transfers, you will share the vehicle with other passengers.
What is a shuttle transfer?
A shuttle transfer is usually a shared bus or coach, which sometimes entails waiting for other passengers and making stops at additional locations. Occasionally, the transfer will be collecting passengers from two or more flights. The waiting times will be kept to a minimum but shuttle transfers do take longer than private transfers and this is reflected in the price difference. All collection times are given as an approximate guideline and are not always accurate due to the nature of shuttle transfers. Prices for shuttle transfers are per person.
What is a private transfer?
A private transfer service is a direct, door to door service. You will not be sharing the vehicle with passengers that are not in your party and there are no extra stops to your destination. The prices for private transfers are per vehicle, not per passenger.
Does the airport transfer take us directly to our accommodation?
The private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation. The shared shuttle service will take you to your accommodation or the nearest pick-up/drop-off point to your accommodation.
Are there any extra charges?
Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden extras.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are welcome but not compulsory and entirely at your discretion.
