Tricky/confusing pick up as we were on airplane mode and didn't get your on the day text and anyway the instruction still said someone would be in the terminal nr Costa Coffee not outside to meet us...everything great once we found your driver via the emergency number...perhaps just tell people they will be picked up at zone A,B,C, or D outside?

Efficient service The taxi service was efficient and the instructions were clear. Both driver's were available at the scheduled times. In fact, the return driver was early which was helpful. The transport could have been better because for both journeys the vehicle was a not-new transit-type minibus which was noisy. A saloon car would have been preferable. However, at the end of the day, both journeys were absolutely fine.
