Longer route taken with backwards viewing seats We booked a six-seater for the round trip from Turin Airport to Aussois.
The drive was 1.5 hours, and the trip worked very smoothly from Turin. However, on the way back, a 5-seat car with 1 seat in the front showed up, with 2 seats facing backward. The driver, without consulting us, took a longer route, choosing a two-hour-and-40-min route with extremely winding roads. Not only did we miss our plans in Turin before our evening flight, but we all got car sick and were completely unable to enjoy the rest of the day. When we tried to communicate with him in English, he pretended not to understand. Then, we used Google Translate to ask him why we were not taking a tunnel path. He refused to communicate, only saying random words, pretending not to understand the situation. We found this highly unprofessional! We will be filing for compensation.
