Your money, time, and data could be at risk I do NOT recommend this service. The car didn't pick me up on the scheduled day. After 40 minutes or so, I was finally able to get an answer from the Emergency Number provided. They said that City Airport Taxis had sent them an email the day before cancelling the trip. They recommended I hired someone else because they were not able to pick me up. I had to hire someone else on the spot, and pay them a similar amount of money.
Two and a half hours after the pick up time, City Airport Taxis sent me an e-mail "confirming" that I had cancelled the trip. All they were able to show as "proof" was a request sent from their own website, the night before, with information that only them and the local provider had. I asked them to refund the money I paid for the service they didn't provide, and to delete all my information from their servers since it is obvious to me they are not protecting it as they should. Losing time and money is not fun, but knowing that they have my personal data and somehow criminals were able to get hold of it, is very scary.
City Airport Taxis said that they were going to investigate, while trying to put the blame on me. I sent them emails asking for an update on their investigation, but they remained silent. A month after their last communication, I found that City Airport Taxis publishes reviews from Feefo, so I contacted this company to ask them to let me write a review. Feefo had to verify that I was in fact a customer so they contacted City Airport Taxis. A few days later, at 12:45 pm I got an email from Feefo with a link to post this review. At 12:47 pm, i.e. two minutes later, I got an email from City Airport Taxis saying that they were going to refund me my money, after a month of complete silence.

If City Airport Taxis is really reading these review trying to improve their customer experience, here are some suggestions:
* Protect better the data of your customers. Someone used data under your custody to do something they were not authorized to. Check your procedures, there is a hole somewhere putting your customers data at risk
* Use email validation to corroborate that any changes made to a reservation are real
* Since you send automatic emails to local providers informing them of changes made to the reservations, send automatic confirmations to your customers as well. It took you twelve hours to send me a manual email saying that you have processed a cancellation.
* Enable 24/7 customer service. Your customers come from around the world. limiting the hours to review their emails to office hours in the UK is not helpful.
