Needs better organisation. I was disappointed at the service I got when we first announced our arrival at the office we were told to wait outside for fifteen minutes and our driver would be there. How he was supposed to know who we were is beyond me as there was dozens of people outside. If we had been told to stand at a certain point that would have been better, after a thirty minute wait I had to go back to the office to complain about the time we had been waiting. Luckily for us the driver appeared at the desk looking for me. It needs better organising.

Efficient system but vehicles vary. Efficient booking system and follow up. Journey from airport to hotel was excellent, both the driver and car. Return not so good - arrived 20 minutes late (did phone to warn of delay), car smelt of cigarettes.
