Alicante to Campello On arrival at Alicante, our pre-booked taxi didn’t show up. We texted the number provided, but the company was unable to locate a driver for us. They advised us to take a taxi from the rank outside; however, I discovered that Uber now operates in Alicante. We chose Uber instead and were pleased to arrive swiftly at our apartment — and it even saved us around €20 compared to what we had paid previously.

A few days later, we received a full refund for our prepaid booking.

For our return trip, I arranged for a car to meet us 30 minutes earlier than originally planned, just to be safe. The driver arrived on time, and we were dropped off at the airport promptly. The car was slightly smaller than we’ve had before (usually a Mercedes E-Class or Skoda Superb, this time a Toyota Corolla), but it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

This was our fourth time using this company, and we’ll happily use them again — they handled the issue quickly and professionally.
