Good service. I would use again. I booked taxis to and from Tenerife South airport to my hotel in Costa Adeje.

The instructions were clear and I found the place to pick up a taxi easily once I landed in Tenerife.

The transfer to the hotel was ok - mini bus was clean. I only had one bag - driver did not offer to carry my bag but was perfectly polite and professional otherwise.

Return journey was not as smooth due to an accident my taxi was late to pick me up. I called the emergency number and my call was answered immediately. The lady I spoke to spoke good English but we switched to Spanish as I speak Spanish. She knew who I was and that I was waiting and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Driver was hugely apologetic when he arrived and very helpful - he carried my bag and dropped me off right my the security gates so I didn’t have far to walk.

All in all a good service. I would use again.

Easy to find the driver at the airport, friendly service, nice car. Everything went perfectly from Muscat airport to Sohar. After arriving to hotel in Sohar, driver had sent me a voice mail via Whatsup, that I should come back and pay him also his return trip back to Muscat. I ignored that because I think I had already paid the price agreed in the order. Some misunderstanding between you and driver?

Good service It was overall good. Easy to book and the transport was on time and excellent.

One thing I don't like is something you share with all other companies I've seen: You demand to get the flight number and the take off time. I don't like that. I would like to be able to go to an airport later than being there two hours ahead. I am always checked in before and have no luggage. I need maximum 1 hour at the airport including security lines.
