Overall very efficient, just one area to improve is being kept waiting 15 minutes at your service desk before being taken out of the airport for a taxi. We could have queued for a taxi and saved €10 in that time . The reason we pre book is so we do not have to wait.

Really excellent service from end to end. Easy booking service and early driver commu ication wrt pick up and drop off timings and locations. Both drivers were polite and friendly and both cars uver cpomfortable. We were actually pulled over by italian police at the Swiss italian border for no other reason than the car was so nice ! Would not hesitate to recommend. Also they are significantly less expensive than their competitors.
