For tourists, an alternative option is the Alice Wanderer which is a hop-on/off bus tour that departs every 70 minutes opposite Gregory Tce.

Alice Spring taxis are convenient for fast and hassle-free transport. You can take one at the Gregory Terrace, Visitors Centre. For a bit of freedom car rental is available. You can rent a car in Alice Springs online or at the airport.

Alice Springs Airport (ASP) is 15 km away from Alice Springs, and it only serves domestic flights. Qantas is the only airline that operates from ASP. You can fly to Alice Springs from all big cities in Australia, except Canberra.
