Courteous, Timely and Professional Our driver was waiting for us in baggage claim holding a sign with our name. He spoke little english but enough. He loaded our luggage into the van with care, as if they were his. He was professional and safe. Not one of the 7 of our people gasped or were startled by his driving. He manipulated heavy traffic without any challenges, and then unloaded the baggage to the sidewalk when we arrived. He did not need us to give him the address or directions. His excellence earned him a gracious gratuity. When it came time for us to return to the airport the same driver was at the flat early with a smile. There was little traffic on the return and he got us to the correct terminal in Paris without any challenges, again loading and unloading our luggage with care. We will definitely use this service again when in need of transfers. Only drawback was we had to use cash instead of credit card.

Very happy with level of service.

I booked the service as my plane in Munich was taxiing on the runway and I hoped that there would be an email confirmation and a car waiting for my family and I when we arrived in Reykjavik.

Both awaited me upon arrival in Iceland and the transfer to our hotel was pleasant.
