Overall good service except for 15th May which left a sour taste Barcelona Arirport pickup on 15th May was a faux pas as we had requested 3 pm pickup although flight arrived early considering time taken at immigaration, baggage arrival etc. However , the drivers went away before 3 pm saying they were waiting for 3 hours and we had to make several phone calls to call them back and pay extra for no fault of ours! This was the first day experience of our trip when we had recommended your company to our friends. Services on the rest of the days were fine .

Helpful and reliable Our flight to Amsterdam was delayed but I received a telephone call from the driver whilst waiting to go through customs and then as we exited luggage collection he was there - great relief when we had group of 12 students. They were friendly and helpful. Just one niggle the air conditioner on one of the buses wasn't working on the return but would DEFINITELY book again.
