I booked the service at 11am on the same day I needed a taxi from the airport at 3pm. They phoned and emailed to confirm. The driver picked us up from exactly where we asked, was cheerful and helpful. Car was clean. Best price I was quoted too.

Only small gripe was door to door service... because we weren't in a particular tourist area- they found difficulty with address & we had to walk 10 mins to local known area with all our gear- difficult in the heat.
