Great driver! Our driver waited around for us at Gatwick for over an hour. We were stuck in a huge passport line that took us almost 2 hours to get through! We caught him just as he was getting ready to leave. We had been given an incorrect address for our arrival (an empty building) and the driver contacted the owner of our rental address and then took us to the right place. We really appreciated his help and consideration. He was great and saved us from a very anxious situation.
