Excellent service! Excellent service from beginning to end. The communication is fantastic, you receive an email the day before confirming all the details and your driver’s name. You then receive a text on arrival to advise your driver is waiting. The car was spotless and comfortable, there was booster seats for my two smaller children. The drivers were smartly dressed and friendly. The journey from Verona airport was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company.

Kept waiting 45 mins Our ship docked at 9am - MSC phoned office to check to see if car would still come at booked time - 11am - they said they were busy & that they would be on time at 11am.
Car eventually turned up at 11.45am , MSC had phoned at least twice to check where car was & was told it was stuck in traffic - when car did eventually arrived car looked like it had been patched up with black masking tape on front window supports on drivers side - interior was clean .
Driver drove 75/80 klm for the whole journey of 1 1/2hrs - no comfort stop offered.
This booking was made months in advance & was a shambles - this was the biggest let down , they knew we were waiting & still was late. Not worth the €248 paid - was told it was a professional service - clearly it was not. We had seen other cars picking up passengers & they were far more professional than our “taxi”

Seamless transfer to Glasgow International Airport The booking process was easy and straightforward. My driver Saif was friendly and very efficient in getting me to my destination. I was most impressed that he arrived 5 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time.

I made a reservation with another service, but they cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled pick-up time. I then made a reservation with CityAirportTaxis, and the online process was easy and quick. The taxi arrived promptly, the driver was courteous and friendly, an excellent driver in crowded traffic, and knew exactly where I needed to go at Schiphol. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the entire experience was pleasant and efficient.
