The flight out was delayed but this was allowed for and the driver was waiting as expected.
The drivers English was far better than my German and the car was immaculate.

The cost was clearly explained on your internet homepage. Considering that I did my reservation on the internet in the United States and your company is in Venice, Italy, it was pretty convenient. The drivers were prompt in picking us up on our arrival in Venice and on our return to the United Sates.
