Highly recommended Everything worked as arranged. The driver was at the hotel at the agreed time and was very courteous and friendly. At the airport he helped us take our luggage to the correct check-in counter. I highly recommend City Airport Taxis. I used them 3 times during a trip through Europe in May and June 2017 and was impressed with the service. On one occasion during a taxi strike they were able to arrange a service when another company had cancelled the pre-booked trip at the last minute.

Never use service in Bruge We used your bookings on June 4, June 8 and June 10
June 4 - Schipol to Bruge. Driver was rude and discourteous and physically manhandled me.. Vehicle was lower class than ordered but driver demanded Luxury Van price. His 4pax van was dirty.
June 8 -Bruge to Amsterdam. Dispute over price. Luxury van promised for higher price. Sedan (not even van) arrived. We refused. Called City in London. Allegedly Luxury van dispatched but did not arrive. We contacted another service.
June 10 Amsterdam to Schipol. Excellent service

Overall happy with the service and would use again Inbound driver struggled to find the location of our holiday villa, despite me providing him with the printed confirmation email. We had to call our accommodation representative, who drove to meet us and guided your driver to our villa. As the transfer had been booked for weeks, I would have assumed that the location would have been checked. Also, minor issue, I booked a 7 seater vehicle for 3 people and luggage. Driver seemed surprised that we were only 3, as he arrived in a 16 seater minibus ! Not a problem for us but when he got lost in small narrow streets, he was struggling to manoeuvre the vehicle .
Outbound, Driver was on time and in slightly smaller vehicle, but also seemed unsure of our location , however, very efficient and courteous. Office staff also efficient and reassuring, when I called on our last day to confirm our pick up.

Great service but drivers must be aware of the speed. The first driver collecting us from Malaga Airport was very helpful and professional...but the driver who collected us from the VIK gran hotel was not very pleasant and I had to ask him to stop speeding as my friend and I did not feel safe in the car. He was also reading the address of his next pick up when going at that speed..
