Overall excellent. The call centre was extremely helpful (especially on a Sunday morning!) To very kindly help me organise my ride despite my arriving into the airport much earlier. Two suggestions: 1) on your booking system, you should also allow an item for those returning a "rental car" and NOT coming into Faro Airport on a plane. 2) IF your driver does not speak any English, be nice to print out a small note (or print out) explain to the passengers that we'll walk through the parking lot and roughly how long the ride will take.
