Very reliable and fair but flexible with lots of luggage My clients were very happy with your service. You were there on-time and very helpful. I'm tired of operators who don't show up or claim they were there, but you weren't and than argue about not refunding their money. Your baggage limitations are totally transparent and what I love is that you provide alternatives to book a larger passenger van in order to accommodate more baggage. Also, you don't get into nickle and diming clients if 1 or 2 of them bring an extra bag. Baggage flexibility is one of our most important criteria when selecting a transfer company. I am now using you as my preferred transfer operator across Europe!
