Nearly missed our flight home Brilliant pick up service from the airport. Driver was very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable car.

Unfortunately the return journey was not as good. First of all our taxi was late picking us up after I had phoned in the morning to confirm trip and pick up point etc (very rude and unhelpful staff on the phone). Then once we were collected from our hotel (late) we were told the transfer time was 2hr 30min rather than the usual expected 1 hour. No one had informed us before and the company had all our travel information so they new what time our flight was. Luckily our plane got delayed when we arrived at the airport otherwise we would have missed it. Very poor return service and I would use a different more reliable company next time.
