We pre-ordered a taxi as we wanted to make sure there was a car seat for our 6 year old daughter however this request was not passed on to the driver so there was no car seat available for the drive into the city for our daughter.

Late but otherwise very good Booked to avoid queue at taxi rank but was 15 mins late - could have got a car from the rank in that time so seemed pretty pointless.
Perhaps you need to be earlier for passengers with just hand luggage.
