Professional and reliable service. Extremely reliable and professional service. Arrived on time and drivers pleasant, though spoke minimal English. Only complaint was that we booked a Mercedes-Benz E-class for both legs of the airport transfer. Mercedes was provided for first leg, but the return journey was a Mercedes people carrier i.e. a Mercedes modified commercial van! If we booked a Mercedes saloon, that is what should have been provided, not an inferior substitute.
