First trip OK, second trip with some trouble We ordered transfers from and to the airport. At the airport we had to wait ca. 45min for the driver but the transportation was perfect. For our ride to the airport instead of the ordered 12 pax bus they first sent a 9 pax bus. So the rest of us had to wait again around 45 minutes for the second car. Furthermore the driver of the 9 pax bus did not wear a face mask.

Why won’t you? Easy to organize, friendly drivers, excellent value for money. After a long journey it is really good not having to queue for or stress about taxis.

Overall, OK, but some problems at airport and hotel. Overall, a decent service, but there was confusion picking us up at the airport. The instructions said the driver would be at the arrivals area with a sign holding our name. The driver was on the wrong level, so after a few phone calls, we found each other. He was holding a piece of writing paper with my name written in ball point pen, which no one could see more than 5-6 feet away. I suggest buying a small erase-board. But, after that, the drive to the hotel was great. Nice car, nice driver.

On the return trip, they were not at the hotel for a scheduled 6am pickup back to the airport. I called the number and was told that they picked up another person with the same name as me, and he got a free ride to the airport, but the driver would be there in 15 minutes(??!?) The driver did arrive 15 minutes late, and did his best to make up the time. We arrived fine at the airport. The car was very nice, and the driver was nice.

The emergency number was very well attended, which I unfortunately had to call twice due to the above problems at both arrival and pickup. But, I got a good response to the problems, which were nicely solved.

Best taxi service! I always use city airport taxis and also recommend them to all friends and family who go on holiday. They are so reliable and friendly. I would never use another taxi service.

Car was clean with sanitiser on board. Returned to our apartment with item left in taxi...appreciated by me.

Easy reliable transportation I used the service twice to go to otopeni from Targoviste. The online booking process was easy and clear. I received quick confirmation and responses to calls (immediately made a correction that was needed). Driver arrived in time and the trip was smooth.
