Excellet service from booking to pick-up and drop-off.... Used Aiport Taxis for the fisrt time from Milan to Courmayeur and Courmayeur to Milan. Service was excellent from booking to pick up and drop off. Timing was good and journey in both directions uneventful. Driiver was excellent and polite and helped with loading/ unloading of bags. Cannot fault the service provided.

The only slight hiccup was that on the outbound journey, our flight got cancelled in the UK and we were delayed by 3 days. As we were only told less that 24 hours about the cancellation from the airlin, the Airport Taxis booking was not refundable and a new booking had to be made. Customer services initially said full price has to be paid again and the third party taxi service would not refund the missed booking.

However, after some phone calls and perseverance, they agreed to charge 50% of the missed transfer, but we had to make a new booking for our revised date of arrival at the destination.

All in all, a very good service and would recommend.

Obwohl ich etwas mehr als 1 Std Flugverspätung hatte, war der Fahrer sehr freundlich u zuvorkommend. Er half mir mit meiner Baggage und war flott unterwegs. Der Preis für die Fahrt war sehr angemessen wenn man bedenkt, dass es mit dem Verkehr in Cebu sehr chaotisch her geht. Ich kann mir vorstellen diesen Service nochmal in Anspruch zu nehmen.
