Very well satisfied. Despite the plane being 5 hours late, I spoke with City taxis from England while we were delayed, I was assured that this was not a problem. The driver was waiting for us where they said they would be and the transfer with one extra stop off went well.
Upon our return the driver was just a few moments late, probably a traffic problem. We were starting to wonder whether to phone the company when the driver appeared. Again every thing went well and we were all well impressed. I will definitely book again if we go again next year.

Good service. Problem immediately solved. Very good service although there was a misunderstanding on the return trip back to the airport: the local taxi service had the wrong return date so no taxi! But I called one of the supplied emergency telephone numbers and the problem was solved immediately resulting in only 3 minutes delay (and this was early morning 4am). Thank you BSR Reykjavik Taxi.
