Could be improved Booking process was easy and straightforward, however without local SIM to call and no driver waiting at the arrival hall with signage or indication, I had to run around in the cold looking for the minibus and a way to contact the emergency phone number. Could have been avoided by having the driver waiting or having a local number immediately. Also driver was not well, on medication, worked whole day, driving above the speed limit on fast lane while on the phone!?! But just very briefly. Still a good experience as we couldn't wait to get to hotel, driver was friendly and gave good info and car was spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived at the meeting point we must have waited more than 15 minutes looking for someone with our name, then we phoned the number using the mobile which was a call via Australia. The driver then arrived somewhat later saying there was construction work near the carpark, which as a driver he should know where all the delays are. We then had to walk some distance to the vehicle in a carpark. He then drove us in a convoluted way to the Swissotel, saying that it was his least favourite. He then parked the taxi across the road from the hotel and made no effort to assist with luggage to cross the road during a busy time. This after we had just spent nearly 24 hours in flight and transit since leaving home.

The return journey was the complete opposite with a polite driver who came over to the hotel, helped us with the luggage and delivered us right to the correct departure area. As we expect from a booked service. He was 5 stars.

We understand the taxi cannot be parked at arrivals, but having the driver on time would be a great improvement.
