Punctual, well driven, Fair price Drivers were on time. The first vehicle would've benefited from an extra step for me to get out as I am disabled and it was quite a leap! But the second vehicle had an extra step. Both drivers wore masks which was very important to me. I would definitely use City Airport taxi service again

Great service overall Overall great service, but booking process could improve slightly. When I booked my transfer on Wednesday at 6pm I got a confirmation on Thursday at 4pm in the evening when the transfer was booked for Fri morning. Got a bit panicked because no email was sent at all between my booking and confirmation. It would have been more reassuring to see at least a note saying you are processing the booking. It kept saying pending. I almost booked smthg else due to this uncertaintly. However, afterwards great transfer service and very accommodating drivers. Will most likely use it again next time, but hopefully will book in advance to avoid this uncertaintly.
