The drivers were very good, polite and helpful. However, I booked and paid for a booster seat for both journeys. The vehicle arrived without it. We were told we did not need a booster seat as the seat belt height could be adjusted. Staff made a phone call and a booster seat was provided, but this delayed us by about 20 mins.

Smooth transfer from plane to train Absolutely seamless transfer from CDG to Gare Austerlitz in Paris. Driver was waiting in clear view in the arrivals hall when we came out of immigration and was parked nearby. Easy trip to the train station with no delays or hiccups. Highly recommend using this service but be prepared to pay the driver in cash if not prepaid.
