He took us to our Alghero hotel by the scenic route and explained things that we were seeing since it was our first time there . He was early and waiting for us. Tenerife Airport return transfers to and from Las Dalias Hotel At Tenerife airport pick up we were put under pressure via phone call to get to pick up point urgently as only one hour wait contracted. This was unsettling as the slow process was down to the new passport control process at arrivals.
We still managed to get to office 29 within the hour from landing but this was pressure and anxiety we did not need, as not our fault!
I feel you should apply more flexibility as you must be aware of the unavoidable delays that are happening. It was very stressful. From there on the driver and journey were just fine, no problem.
Pick up coming back from Las Dalias was perfect. Driver early which was good and transport comfortable and very clean. Relaxing coming back. Thank you.
