A job well done. Everything went smoothly from booking to the arrival at our destination. A helpful driver even though his English was limited and our Italian was even less! The only small issue was the long walk from the terminal to the vehicle, even though the driver did help with two of our suitcases. We realize that parking is difficult at airports in general and we are certainly blaming the company or the driver for this. Thanks for the good service.
