On time and efficient The overall service was good; I needed to amend the pick-up details and once I was able to find a contact email the process was handled well. It was very reassuring to see a driver waiting at the port whilst other travellers struggled with their arrangements. The journey to the airport was fine although the driver's personal hygiene and regular use of phone was a bit disconcerting.
