Disappointed in collection point Easy to book. Plenty of reminders and confirmations. Driver polite and car was good.
It was disappointing that I had been advised a pick up point at arrivals. After a few calls with the driver as I had no idea where he was I actually had to go down two levels and outside. I only had a small bag so not too inconvenient but he was not where I was advised he would be. I think it was done to avoid some parking costs. Shame as up to then I was happy.
