Very reliable and fair but flexible with lots of luggage My clients were very happy with your service. You were there on-time and very helpful. I'm tired of operators who don't show up or claim they were there, but you weren't and than argue about not refunding their money. Your baggage limitations are totally transparent and what I love is that you provide alternatives to book a larger passenger van in order to accommodate more baggage. Also, you don't get into nickle and diming clients if 1 or 2 of them bring an extra bag. Baggage flexibility is one of our most important criteria when selecting a transfer company. I am now using you as my preferred transfer operator across Europe!

Excellent transfer! A very reasonable price, the driver was waiting for us as we arrived, took us to his spotless Mercedes and on to our hotel. He was aware of traffic problems en-route and took a detour which we reckoned saved 15-20 mins journey time. Great guy who knows his job!

Cheapest service going: Will use it again They would have got full marks if the driver had been waiting for us with our name card, as was stated in our reservation. So we searched for the driver, didn't find him and called the Emergency telephone number. They told us that the driver will call us. The driver did call and arrived and apologised for being late. Half-hour wasted. Not very satisfactory. However, the driver was polite, the car quite acceptable and delivered us to our destination safely.
