I would use again Alex our driver was most courteous and helpful, even walking us in to the check in counter! The web site was a little confusing, which is why i gave it 4 stars, as there was difficulty in putting in the exact address, though you could add it much later in the process. Also they had my contact number incorrect, even though, as I showed Alex, it was correct on the reservation form they emailed back to me. This was important as they could not get through to the exact street and we had to call them to see where they were. After we found each other, it went smoothly.

The drivers were prompt in picking us up on our arrival in Venice and on our return to the United Sates.

Pick up they were there slightly early which was great chance to load luggage was very helpful again carrying baggage. We didn't have to worry about confirming anything g half way through the holiday all very simple and easy great service excellent value and better than a bus with loads of drop offs and pick ups
