Driver was a no-show Our driver never turned up at Milan Airport. We waited nearly half an hr - no phone call from him to say he was running late. We called the emergency number who organised a replacement within about 15 mins which was good service. New driver turned up & just said "Como" so we said yes & asked us where we were staying. We had a minibus & driver drove very very fast - made sure we had our seatbelts fastened. So we were disappointed that driver never turned up & the quality of the replacement vehicle, but impressed at how quickly they rectified the problem & organised a replacement.
