The driver was courteous and professional although a bit limited by language. Perhaps a bottled water in back for longer trips? Was very pleased.

Our driver for both journeys was Alexandro who was very professional and knowledgable about Florence and the places to visit. He was also very friendly and charming and spoke very good English.
The car was immaculate both on the outside and very clean, tidy and fresh on the inside. It created a favourable impression which was supported by the fact that the driver, car, journey to and from the hotel were very pleasant indeed.

Reliable service. Would use again. The service was excellent. However the vehicles were not a sedan as ordered but a minibus. The seats in both vehicles were very grubby.

Excellent service - on time and vehicle immaculate - Drivers very polite Would recommend this service - so easy as driver waiting when we arrived. Our flight was delayed approx 25 minutes.

The driver (Max) was friendly and very polite and his English was very good. Driver sent a contact email re-confirming meeting place a few hours before arriving which was reassuring.

Our return journey was just as easy - taxi arrived exactly on time.
