Extremely happy with the service From a first time user: The booking was really easy. While the driver was a few minutes late, for a Brussels Sunday 7 am pickup, he apologized even though it wasn’t necessary. In short; the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the driver friendly but not intruding, he took our bags on and off and, after taking a quick direct route to the airport, he even ran off in search of luggage cart for us. We will definitely use CityAirportTaxi again.

While at double the price for public transit (for 2) to the airport, we avoided at least two transfers in an unfamiliar city with luggage and made the journey in half the time with no rush. Thanks for making the trip easy.

Good service at a good price. In your website provide clearer instructions on form of payment as it relates to paying the driver. For example, explain that “pay the driver” means you need to pay the driver in cash.
