Excellent service Overall City Airport Taxi's service was excellent, very professional. The driver was waiting at the Zurich airport gate and the return driver showed up early which was fine by us. This is the second time we have used this company, the first time being to/from Brussels airport. We cannot fault the service.

Great service, great drivers, great prices I have rated the service 5 stars based on the quality of both drivers. When you get off a plane with a young child, you are always a bit tired and wondering whether will the taxi turn up. Not only was our driver waiting for us, but she was extremely polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. She had a really comfortable car seat for our child, which he loved. And she gave us lots of helpful tips about the area. It was a really nice welcome. Our driver on the way home was also very nice. Both spoke perfect English. It just made our journey so much easier to have such a great service to and from the airport - and one which was much cheaper than ordering a taxi through the hotel. Each way cost us €24, but I heard the hotel quoting another customer €38. This level of service deserves a good review.
