Super service! Excellent service! Customer service via phone were excellent, English speaking & very helpful. Driver met us with a sign with our name, a beautiful black background sign with our name in gold, very clear, easy to spot. Driver was very nice, but spoke no English, but was a Paris native who spoke slowly in French so I could understand. He pointed out places of interest, etc along the way, took a short cut to avoid traffic & got us to hotel in good time.
