i have used them in France, Germany and now Russia, cheaper or at par with local taxis no queue, driver always there to greet you!
I only suggested before that an sms or email with the driver details should be sent to the passenger a day or atleast a few hours earlier, this happened once in Germany only.

On time, driver is polite and helpful. My only concern is your booking process for changes. I originally booked for 9:15 departure with 6 passengers on Reservation # FG255155182 but changed to 8:15 departure with 8 passengers on Reservation # FG255155241 when I and my children decided to go to CDG airport together. Guy who answered given emergency number I called said no problem with cancellation and change (no cancellation charges) but I have to redo reservation online again for the changes. But yesterday, I got an email advice from your office that the driver of the cancelled reservation came and naturally, there were no more passengers to show up as we were already at the airport. Your email further said I will have to be charged full cost for no show. I hope you don't do this.
