He was a romanian chap that was ever so friendly and had lots of patience as we were asked to wait at the hotel until the owner met us. It was a very efrficient service It was an excellent service on time and polite drivers and the driver who picked us up on arrival at Tenerife airport was very helpful even taking the cases into the reception for us which was a big help for me as my husband is registered as blind and I have to cope on my own. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the driver who collected us on the day of departure as he just dropped us off and left me to manage with the cases on my own.

Good, reliable, cost-effective service Our flight arrived after the last city shuttle bus so we decided to book a car.

The driver's instructions to meet were clear and easy to follow. He arrived 3 minutes late but he rang us to let us know before the appointed time.

The car was perfect for our little group with lots of room for our bags, too.

The return journey a week later was equally enjoyable.

We would recommend and use again.
