Could've been better The booking process was easy and the vehicle is comfortable. Why I gave only 3 stars is because the driver was on the phone the whole time. There were times when he was texting and looking down at his phone that the vehicle swayed to the next lane. dangerous to be texting/calling and driving with passengers in the vehicle
