Feedback for airport transfer from Sorrento to Naples City Centre

After repeatedly advising the customer service department that we were paying by credit card not one of the four drivers we had carried a credit card machine in their vehicles. We were forced to pay cash which we didn't want to do.

Furthermore we were charged 10% on one of our trips without prior knowledge. I will deal with this situation when I arrive back home.

Good value, excellent service Driver was great. Very punctual. The only negative is that the vehicle was an old eight seater minibus for just the two of us with small cases and it was in Zoo Marine livery so we didn't recognise it as a taxi! That said we would recommend and use again.
