Overall happy with the service and would use again Inbound driver struggled to find the location of our holiday villa, despite me providing him with the printed confirmation email. We had to call our accommodation representative, who drove to meet us and guided your driver to our villa. As the transfer had been booked for weeks, I would have assumed that the location would have been checked. Also, minor issue, I booked a 7 seater vehicle for 3 people and luggage. Driver seemed surprised that we were only 3, as he arrived in a 16 seater minibus ! Not a problem for us but when he got lost in small narrow streets, he was struggling to manoeuvre the vehicle .
Outbound, Driver was on time and in slightly smaller vehicle, but also seemed unsure of our location , however, very efficient and courteous. Office staff also efficient and reassuring, when I called on our last day to confirm our pick up.

Great service but drivers must be aware of the speed. The first driver collecting us from Malaga Airport was very helpful and professional...but the driver who collected us from the VIK gran hotel was not very pleasant and I had to ask him to stop speeding as my friend and I did not feel safe in the car. He was also reading the address of his next pick up when going at that speed..

Friendly service, emergency number vert vert helpful I would definitely use again. However I will make sure i have plenty of time to spare. of the 2 return journeys from Dublin Airport to the City I have booked, both times the airport pickup was late and on the second trip the driver was sent to the wrong location for the return leg.

That said there was no real delays and both drivers were very friendly
