Good transport, poor organisation/communication Upon making a change to pickup area, we were not informed whether the change had been made or not. We therefore walked an unneccesary two miles to the original pickup area, only to find out a stressful 30 minutes later (when we thought we had missed our time slot and been told the taxi would not wait!) the taxi was at the area we had requested a change to. Took around another 20 minutes to get the taxi driver to come to the original area because of bad communication from Cyprus-based emergency contact number. Overall, good service but extremely poor communication.

Excellent service Excellent service. The driver was waiting for us upon our arrival at Elmas and took our cases and loaded them into the nearby car. The car was air conditioned and very comfortable. When it was time to return to the airport for our flight back to the UK the driver arrived promptly at our hotel to collect us. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would use again and recommend to others.

your office staff lied on the phone about the pick up time from our hotel. perhaps you better train your staff in attention to detail ie when it says 5pm pick up on the customer email confirmation that doesnt been 4.50pm and the driver and goes away

Female travelling on her own in the early hours early of the morning I was extremely pleased. I was in Tenerife with a 3.45am pick up and was worried about not getting there on time. They were there 15 mins early but did not rush me , very polite and made me feel very at ease as a female travelling on her own.
