Good but could be better I was reasonably happy with the service at Madrid airport. There was a problem finding the driver in Arrivals - all passengers have to choose to turn right or left and we chose the wrong one, meaning it took a while to find our driver. There was also a long walk - possibly 300 yards - through the lines of taxis and across the car park to find his car.
