Good Service Pick ups could have been better organised.
Driver at airport not immediately visible – no sign – had to ring office.
On collection driver had not been given exact hotel details by the office – just the street name. I had to ring the office again to sort.
Led to 10-15 minute delays each way which could have been avoided easily.
Both drivers and vehicles fine and drive safely and were helpful.
