Highy recommended Outward journey was efficient, friendly and punctual. Return journey was delayed due to driver going to wrong hotel and my having to wait an hour for another driver to arrive. However I did arrive in time for check-in, so overall am satisfied with service and have recommended to friends to use in the future.

Good Ser Booking easy which was great. When we arrived at Faro airport our driver was waiting for us in the designated sport, so that was great also.

Our return journey the driver was 20 mins late and turn up in an old mini bus and not the car we had booked. It was not the most comfortable journey.

Perfect service Arrived at las palmas airport the driver was waiting for me with my name on a board , he was very helpful , well dressed and courteous , the vehicle was clean and very well driven throughout the journey.
The return journey to the airport was excellent. The driver arrived at the hotel slightly early he was again very helpful , courteous and smartly dressed . Again his driving was excellent and we arrived at the airport in excellent time.
I would have no hesitation on using this company again.

I was concerned if the service would be reliable as it was my first time booking a hired car service with City Airport Taxis. Driver was already there waiting and his car was very clean. He also communicated well and served us excellently even though there was a bad jam to the city centre. Excellent service and excellent price point!
