Good service The van we reserved was a bit old for the arrival transfer but the pickup went well. Even though the driver was helpful and courteous and helped push one of the carts, I would be preferable if we did not have to push our baggage carts quite a ways to get to the parking spot at the Rome airport (we had 6 suitcases). However, for the return trip the driver was waiting for us in front of the hotel 10 min before pick up time and was helpful.
