Recommended The driver doesn't speek English but it wasn't a problem because he was a very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. Driving fast but safety. Pick up both way on time.
The problem was unavailable contact with customer service via phone. I tried to confirm my return journey but no-one pickup the phone for a over 10 minutes. Fortunately the driver was on site a few minutes before?.
Recommended for everyone, suggest improve call service

Perfect way to get around. Perfect. Picked us up on time (a little early infact) 2 vehicles arrived and picked all 15 of us up. Funny friendly drivers. We paid at the airport when we arrived and they told us where to go. Will book with this company everytime we go anywhere now.

Very sastified services. Company check the flight and already know my flight have been delay and arriving late instead of 10:30 in the morning it arrived at 2:20 in afternoon. We have a worst terrible flight, but when we were out at terminal, the driver already stand there holding my name.we are so happy because of having a thought that we were so late, they couldn't wait that long. And the driver was very nice, smiling face took my luggage and took us to a very nice, comfortable car. No surcharge or anythins else. We, all 4 of us, were very happy and sastified with this copany vervices. We appreciate and very high recommends .

A great find First time with City Airport Taxis and couldn’t fault a thing from booking on the day through to pick up in Santander and drop off in Bilbao. Was an absolute pleasure after the shambles of a Ryanair flight. Perfect for a late arrival and 100km transfer.

faultless service faultless fantastic service.
Initially booked a couple of weeks in advance for a 10pm pick-up at CDG but with 30 hrs to go flight cancelled (arghhhhh - panic attack). I was able to rearranged flights for a 8.30am landing and therefore needed to change at short notice my pick up at CDG Paris.
Only phoned the London office to arrange this change 5pm evening before BUT next morning our driver was waiting for us at CDG!!
Without hesitation I would recommend city airport transfers in Paris.
It was also great to hold the booking with a credit card but have the option to pay the driver cash......an option I did choose
