I only had one issue with the service, in that the driver on the return journey had the wrong time and turned up 30 mins early for pick up. So i was not ready and waiting in the reception. They had to ring my room and I has to rush a bit to get downstairs.
Other than that it was a great service

Excellent service. Booking on line was very easy and at a reasonable price. We were met at Pisa airport and taken straight to our car for the trip to Florence, where we arrived rested and ready for our holiday. On return the car was ready for us 30 minutes before the scheduled time so we were back at Pisa in plenty of time for our flight home. Both drivers were helpful and the cars were spacious and comfortable. Excellent service. Thank you.

It was excellent. The booking procedure was easy. The guy was there to meet us with our name clearly showing. He brought us to our destination which was difficult to find but he was very patient and helpful and got us there safely. The pick up on our return was perfect - on time and a pleasant helpful driver.
