The ONLY way to downtown Paris! It was a rainy, busy traffic day at Charles DeGaulle airport but our driver was on time, big smile on his face and displayed our name clearly. He had nice, low French music in the car and gave us water and a candy treat. What a welcome!

Trip to Paris We arrived at Charles De Gaulle late and it then took us over an hour to exit due to slow immigration. We did not find anyone in arrivals holding up my name.

I then rang the emergency Paris phone number, Mr Emmanuel showed up within 15 minutes and decided to take us immediately due to the delay. He also contacted your office in London, I spoke to the customer service advisor on Emmanuel's phone and recognised his voice as I had spoken to him before while waiting for Emmanuel.

We arrived comfortably at the hotel thanks to Emmanuel.

When we had to leave Paris, it became an easy decision to call you again. This driver had free bottled water, crisps and sweet lozenges at disposal in his car. I wish I had asked for his name. He drove a Mercedes Benz E Class.
