Excellent Superb!

When we arrived at the meeting point we must have waited more than 15 minutes looking for someone with our name, then we phoned the number using the mobile which was a call via Australia. The driver then arrived somewhat later saying there was construction work near the carpark, which as a driver he should know where all the delays are. We then had to walk some distance to the vehicle in a carpark. He then drove us in a convoluted way to the Swissotel, saying that it was his least favourite. He then parked the taxi across the road from the hotel and made no effort to assist with luggage to cross the road during a busy time. This after we had just spent nearly 24 hours in flight and transit since leaving home.

The return journey was the complete opposite with a polite driver who came over to the hotel, helped us with the luggage and delivered us right to the correct departure area. As we expect from a booked service. He was 5 stars.

We understand the taxi cannot be parked at arrivals, but having the driver on time would be a great improvement.

A very nice driver, a perfect service, however, something went wrong with the connection over the phone. I was only lucky that despite a delay of the arrival time my lugage came exceptionally quick. I haven' rec'd a message by the driver and I could not reach him by phone and was told that the line does not exist.

Excellent service from the airport The driver who collected me at the airport was on time, called me to let me know where to find him and was subsequently easy to locate plus also had a sign with my name on. He was polite and helpful, the vehicle was large, clean and in excellent condition. I was given a bottle of water and the journey was safe and smooth.
